WAYS TO ORDER:
ONLINE SHIPPING CART:
For your convenience I have set up a shopping cart with PayPal. It is
not necessary to already have an account through PayPal if you will be paying with a credit card so just follow the instructions
on the shopping cart screen and you will be given the option to select Discover, Visa, Master Card or American
Express or Bank Debit Card. If you will be paying with PayPal; just sign in and complete your purchase.
E-MAIL:
If you choose to pay for a purchase with a personal check or money order,
you will need to send your order request to: orders@glassskydesign.com. Please include in your e-mail:
1) Item you wish to order
2) Quantity
3) Payment method; check or money order
4) Preferred e-mail
5) Name and ship to address and phone number
You will receive an e-mail confirmation with the total purchase amount
including shipping charges. Mail your check to the address below made payable to: Debbie Stroozas. Please
inclose a copy of the e-mail confirmation. Once I've received your payment you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Once it has
cleared, I will ship your item and send you another e-mail with the shipping information.

SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS FROM THE GLASS SHOP:
These items need to be made and may take from 2-6 weeks to complete.
Send your special order request to: orders@glassskydesigns.com with the words SPECIAL ORDER ITEM in the subject line. Include in your e-mail:
1) Item your are ordering
2) Quantity
3) E-mail address
4) Payment method - If credit card, bank debit or PayPal; I
will set up a shopping cart button and you can pay on line. If check or money order, make payable to Debbie Stroozas and send
it to the address above.
5) Name and ship to address and phone number
COLOR AND SIZE CHANGES: GLASS SHOP
If you see an item in the glass shop you like but would like it in a different
color or size (could effect pricing), I will gladly work with you to make your desired changes. Please
note that some colors may vary slightly from what you see when making your color choices and sometimes these
colors are not available so please contact me at: debbie@glassskydesigns.com . Also..you can go to the "Links" page and click on the Spectrum link and select your colors.

All jewelry is shipped via the Postal service Priority mail (2-3 days delivery time) which
is added automatically at check out time. Charges are as follows:

$50.01 - $100.00: $6.95
$100.01 - and up: $8.95

GLASS:
Glass will be shipped via Postal Service Priority mail. You will see the shipping
charges listed below the item price and they will be automatically added in the shopping cart.
RETURNS: GLASS AND JEWELRY
I'm sure you'll be delighted with your purchase however, if for any reason you are not completely
satisfied, you may return your item (in undamaged condition) within 7 days of receipt for a complete refund (minus shipping
charges unless it's Glass Sky Design's error) or you may exchange it for something else. See below for return instructions.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN:

-Item you wish to return or exchange
-Reason for return or exchange
You will be contacted as soon as possible reguarding your refund and return or exchange.
Please keep original packaging if possible.
DAMAGED ITEMS:
If you receive your order and it is damaged, please contact me as soon as possible via E-mail
@ debbie@glassskydesigns.com. Please put in the subject line "Damaged Material". Include in your e-mail:
-Your name
-Phone number and best time to contact you
-Describe what is damaged
You will be contacted as soon as possible to make arrangements for replacement of your damaged
item.
